Very welcoming and super organised host. Everything you need in the apartment for a short or longer stay and very convenient to all CBD activities. Will stay again on my next work trip.

Great location with easy secure parking Positive: Great Location Very comfortable Well equipped kitchen and laundry Easy secure parking Management very responsive and available Negative: The accommodation is not a penthouse as the name suggests, the accommodation is on the 14th floor which is about the middle of the building. Air conditioning in the living room leaks, had a maintenance man come and look at it, who said it was condensation. It was not just condensation. It leaked into curtains etc, so accommodation smelt very damp and mouldy. The curtain in the front room is designed to block out the lights from the communal walkway- they do not at all do this, so the bedroom is very bright until 6am when the lights in the hallway turn off.
