Great location with easy secure parking Positive: Great Location Very comfortable Well equipped kitchen and laundry Easy secure parking Management very responsive and available Negative: The accommodation is not a penthouse as the name suggests, the accommodation is on the 14th floor which is about the middle of the building. Air conditioning in the living room leaks, had a maintenance man come and look at it, who said it was condensation. It was not just condensation. It leaked into curtains etc, so accommodation smelt very damp and mouldy. The curtain in the front room is designed to block out the lights from the communal walkway- they do not at all do this, so the bedroom is very bright until 6am when the lights in the hallway turn off.

Comfortable 2br apartment with a view not too far from the centre of the city. I would stay again. Positive: Very comfortable apartment with great view.

All in all a great time but shame about last day Positive: Position Negative: Our last day in Darwin was a bit of a waste as we had to be out of apt by 10.00am which is ok but the Oaks staff said we couldn’t store luggage for any time for us as we were in priv apt. Our flight not until 4.00pm so had to sit around until then with luggage.

Clean and comfortable 2BR apartment with well stocked kitchen and laundry facilities Positive: Spacious and comfortable apartment. Host very accessible (we ran out of dishwashing liquid and quickly replaced). A family member decided to join us for a couple of days and while there wasn't a bed for them we were left extra sheets for the couch. Amazing view of Darwin Harbour and sunsets. It's in the Oaks Elan complex so restaurant on site and staff at desk helpful also. Given the price of accom in Darwin this was good value. Negative: The second bedroom has no view but it's a bedroom so no drama really. Lifts could be a bit slow at peak times. Very little sun on the pool area (but a great cool temperature)
